4 - 4 1/2 cups sifted all-purpose flour
1 slightly beaten egg
2 cups chopped dates
1/4 cup currants
1 cup chopped mixed candied fruit
1 cup candied cherry
1/4 cup chopped blanched almond
2 cups chopped figs
1 cup seedless raisin
2 cups sifted confectioners ' sugar
4 tablespoons hot water
1 teaspoon butter

Instructions

1.In a bowl, mix active dry yeast and water. Let it sit and bloom for 10 minutes.
