Ingredients

3/4 cup buttermilk pancake mix
1/2 cup water
1/3 cup sugar
3 eggs
3 cups tart apples , pared & amp , sliced thin
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup chopped pecans
1 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
