Ingredients

1 lb fresh tart cherries
3 tablespoons kirsch
6 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons water
12 ladyfingers
8 ounces cream cheese ( Soften Cream Cheese to room temperature . )
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 ounces almonds , Ground ( Grind Almonds in the blender , if ground almonds are not available . )
1 cup heavy cream
pistachio nut , Chopped

This dessert is traditionally served in the summer when cherries are in season, but it can be enjoyed year-round. The dessert features plump and juicy tart cherries soaked in kirsch (a cherry liqueur) and combined with a light and creamy almond cream made of whipped cream cheese, vanilla, and ground almonds. Instructions

1.Remove the cherries from their pits and rinse them.
2.In a large bowl, mix the cherries with 4 tablespoons of sugar and 3 tablespoons of kirsch.
3.In a small saucepan, heat 2 tablespoons of water and 2 tablespoons of sugar until the sugar dissolves.
4.Quickly dip the ladyfingers in the sugar mixture and arrange them in the bottom of a glass serving dish.
5.In another bowl, beat the cream cheese with 2 tablespoons of sugar and 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract until smooth.
6.Fold in the ground almonds, then add the cherry mixture.
7.In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then fold it into the cherry mixture.
8.Spoon the cherry mixture over the ladyfingers.
9.Sprinkle with chopped pistachios.
10.Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
