Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
2.In a large bowl, mix the breadcrumbs, milk, salt, pepper, and sugar and let it sit for 10 minutes.
3.Add the ground beef and chopped tomatoes to the bowl and mix well.
4.Grease a large casserole dish with the olive oil and then layer half of the cooked spaghetti on the bottom.
5.Add the meat mixture on top of the spaghetti and then add the sauerkraut on top of the meat mixture.
6.Layer the remaining spaghetti on top.
7.Pour the beaten egg on top and then sprinkle with more breadcrumbs.
8.Bake for 45-50 minutes until the egg is set and the breadcrumbs are golden brown.
