Ingredients

2 sponge cakes , layers
300 ml cream , thickened
1/3 cup icing sugar
500 g mascarpone cheese
1 cup irish cream
80 g white chocolate , grated
80 g milk chocolate , grated
2 cups frozen mixed berries
chocolate curls ( optional )
White Chocolate, Irish Cream & Berry Trifle is a classic, indulgent dessert perfect for parties and special occasions. The creamy texture, the sweetness of the mixed berries, and the slight bitter taste of the Irish cream make a great combination and a strong flavor. The layers of sponge cake and the mascarpone cream create an impressive visual presentation. Instructions

1.In a large bowl, beat the mascarpone cheese and Irish cream together until smooth.
2.Add the grated white chocolate and mix well.
3.In a separate bowl, whisk the cream and icing sugar together until stiff peaks form.
4.Fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture until well combined.
5.Cut the sponge cakes into small pieces and place them in the bottom of a large glass bowl.
6.Spread a layer of mixed berries over the cake layer.
7.Spoon the mascarpone mixture on top of the berry layer, spreading it out evenly.
8.Repeat layering the sponge cake, mixed berries and mascarpone mixture until all ingredients are used up, finishing with the mascarpone mixture on top.
9.Garnish with grated milk chocolate and chocolate curls (optional).
10.Chill the trifle in the fridge for 2-3 hours before serving.
