PROS

This recipe produces a deliciously crispy and crunchy batter on the outside of the fish, while still maintaining its juicy and flaky texture on the inside.

The use of club soda in the batter creates air pockets that contribute to the lightness and crispiness of the fried fish.

CONS

Deep-frying can be a less healthy method of cooking, as it can add excess fat and calories to the food.

It’s recommended to enjoy fried foods in moderation as part of a balanced diet.
