Ingredients

8 slices whole meal bread
4 slices gruyere cheese
4 slices corned beef
1/3 cup tomato chutney
10 g baby spinach leaves ( around 20 leaves )
3 tablespoons butter
This Corned Beef and Gruyere Pan Fried Sandwich is a delicious twist on everyone's favorite sandwich. The sandwich is packed with delicious flavors and a cheesy, gooey texture that will leave you wanting more. The sandwich is easy to make and perfect for lunch, using leftovers or perfectly cooked fresh corned beef. The sandwich contains whole grain bread, cheese, beef, tomato chutney, and baby spinach leaves, making it a satisfying meal that will keep you full for hours.

Instructions

1.Preheat large skillet pan on medium heat.
2.Smear 1 tablespoon of butter on one side of each slice of bread.
3.Take a slice of bread and put it butter side down onto the preheated skillet.
4.Place one slice of gruyere cheese onto the bread, followed by one slice of corned beef, 1 tablespoon of tomato chutney, and a handful of baby spinach leaves.
5.Add another slice of gruyere cheese, and place the second slice of bread on top, butter side up.
6.Repeat the same for the remaining 3 sandwiches.
7.Cook for around 3 minutes until crisp and the cheese melts.
8.Flip the sandwich over and continue cooking for an additional 3 minutes until golden brown on both sides.
9.Remove from heat and let cool for a couple of minutes.
