PROS

This recipe is incredibly easy and quick to make, taking only 15-20 minutes.

The potatoes are sliced thin for even cooking and are coated in flavorful herbs and melted cheese.

It’s a perfect side dish for any meal and is great for vegetarians.

CONS

Microwaving potatoes can sometimes make them a little rubbery or less crispy than you might want them to be.

Also, since they are coated in butter and cheese, they are not the healthiest side dish option.

HEALTH & BENEFITS

Potatoes are a great source of potassium, vitamin C, and fiber.
However, since this recipe adds butter and cheese, it’s not the healthiest option. Try using a healthier cooking oil like olive oil and reducing the amount of cheese to make it slightly healthier.
