2 small rutabagas or 1 medium rutabaga , cut in 2-inch chunks
1 head cabbage , cut in 6 wedges

Instructions

3.Skim the fat and add the onions, celery, garlic, potatoes, carrots, and rutabaga.
4.Bring the liquid back to a boil, reduce the heat to low, and let simmer for 25 minutes.
5.Add the cabbage wedges to the pot and simmer for 10 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
6.Let the meat rest for 10 minutes before slicing it across the grain, serving hot with plenty of vegetables and broth.
