Instructions

1.In a large mixing bowl, whisk together 4 eggs, 2 1/4 cups nonfat milk, 7/8 cup Guinness stout, and 1 cup sugar until well combined.

5.Pour the chocolate mixture into the egg mixture and mix until well combined. Stir in 1/2 cup of Baileys Irish Cream.
6.Pour the mixture into a large baking dish and bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 40-50 minutes, or until set. Let cool before serving.
