12 sheets phyllo dough , thawed
1/2 cup butter , melted
2 packages stouffer spinach souffle , thawed
1 can water chestnuts , drained and chopped

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 350°F.
2.Lay one sheet of phyllo dough on a flat surface. Brush melted butter evenly over the sheet.
3.Repeat with 6 more sheets, layering them on top of each other.
4.In a bowl, mix together the spinach souffle and chopped water chestnuts. Spread the mixture evenly over the phyllo layers.
5.Repeat step 2 and 3 with the remaining 6 sheets of phyllo dough, then place the layers on top of the spinach mixture, buttering each sheet.
6.Cut layers into diamonds and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
