Instructions

1.In a bowl, mix the crabmeat, parsley, celery, salt and pepper and set aside.
2.Roll the puff pastry into a thin sheet and keep it aside.
3.In another bowl, whisk eggs and milk together.
4.Add salt, pepper, nutmeg and cider to this mixture and mix well.
5.Cut the pastry dough into two parts, fifteen and ten inches each.
6.Put the fifteen-inch pastry on a baking sheet and spread the crabmeat mixture on top of it.
7.Pour the egg mixture over the crabmeat mixture.
8.Place the ten-inch pastry on top of the filling mix and press the edges together to seal.
9.Cut three slits in the center of the pastry and brush the top with an egg white.
10.Preheat the oven to 180°C and bake the pie for about 45 minutes until it turns golden in color.
