Dipping Sauce :
1 clove garlic , minced , or more to taste
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 pinch salt

2 pounds russet potatoes , peeled and cut into 1-inch cubes
2 cups vegetable oil for frying

Instructions

1.In a small bowl, mix together the minced garlic, smoked paprika, and a pinch of salt. Set aside.
