Ingredients

1 cup steel cut oats
4 cups water
1 apple , peeled , cored , chopped
1/2 cup raisins
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons honey
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon cream ( i use 2 % milk )
2 tablespoons Irish whiskey ( do n't have it so i leave it out )

Instructions

1.Grease the inside of the crockpot with cooking spray.
2.Combine steel cut oats, water, apple, raisins, cinnamon, brown sugar, honey, and salt in the crockpot. Mix well.
3.Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours.
4.Before serving, stir in cream/milk and Irish whiskey (if using). Serve hot.
