2 cups self-rising flour

3 tablespoons cold unsalted butter
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
1/2 - 2/3 cup water
1 tablespoon milk , for brushing tops

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 350°F.
2.In a large bowl, season the flour with salt and pepper, and toss the beef in the mixture to coat.
