2 cups finely grated swiss cheese

2 packages batter frying mix
12 ounces beer
canola oil ( for deep frying , at least 6 cups )

Instructions

1.In a large bowl, mix together the swiss cheese, cooked chicken and ham.
2.Add the batter frying mix and beer to the bowl and stir until well combined.
