10 eggs
3 cups milk

1 cup chopped seeded tomatoes
1 cup shredded monterey jack pepper cheese
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 350°F.
2.In a large skillet, cook sausage over medium heat until no longer pink. Drain and set aside.

4.In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, mustard, salt, and pepper.
5.Stir in bread cubes, tomatoes, and cooked sausage, mushrooms, and onions.
6.Transfer to a greased 13x9 inch baking dish.
7.Sprinkle cheese over the top.
8.Bake, uncovered, for 45-50 minutes or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
