Instructions

1.In a large mixing bowl, dissolve 2 packages of yeast in lukewarm water and let it sit for 5 minutes.
2.Heat milk, butter, and sugar in a saucepan, stir until the butter melts.
3.Add 9 to 10 cups of flour and stir the mixture.
4.Add the yeast mixture to the flour mixture and stir well. Transfer the dough to a floured board.
5.Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until it is smooth and elastic. Cover with a cloth and let it rest for 10 minutes.
6.In a small bowl, stir together sugar, yeast, rice flour, salt, olive oil, and 1/2 cup of water until combined.
7.Roll out the dough into a rectangular shape. Spread the yeast mixture all over the rolled dough.
8.Roll the dough tightly, pinching the seam to seal it. Cut the rolled dough into small pieces.
9.Place the small pieces of dough on a buttered baking sheet, brush with beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Let it rest for 10 minutes.
10.Bake in a preheated oven at 400°F for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.
