3 cans sauerkraut , juice and all
1 cup water
2 apples , julienned , sweet variety
1/4 cup red onion , sliced thin
2 cups all-purpose flour , sifted

2 lbs pork tenderloin , fat trimmed , cut into 3-4 inch squares
1 lb turkey kielbasa , cut into 4 inch pieces
4 low fat all beef hot dogs , cut in half
2 cans chicken broth , fat free
1 cup water
1 garlic clove , minced
1/4 cup red onion , sliced
salt , to taste
pepper , to taste
