Ingredients

1 cauliflower
3 eggs
2 tablespoons condensed milk
30 g flour
1 cup milk

paprika , to taste
200 g aged edam cheese , grated

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 180C/350F
2.Clean the cauliflower and divide it into florets; cook until tender in salted water.
3.Beat the eggs in a mixing bowl; add condensed milk and flour. Mix well until it becomes a smooth batter. Now add milk, salt, pepper, and paprika. Mix well again.
4.Grease a baking dish with some oil. Layer the cauliflower florets on the bottom of the dish. Pour the batter on top. Scatter the grated cheese on top.
5.Bake the dish for 30-35 minutes until golden brown and the cheese is melted. Serve hot!
