Ingredients

1 pig stomach
1 1/2 - 2 lbs ground sausage
4 -6 cups diced potatoes or 4 -6 cups shredded frozen hash brown potatoes , thawed
1 onion , chopped fine
1/2 green pepper , chopped fine
2 cups shredded cabbage ( optional )
1 -2 teaspoon salt
1/2 - 1 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 325°F.
