Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 425°F
2.Unroll pie crust and press into a 9 inch pie dish
3.In a bowl, combine 1/3 cup sugar, flour, and apple pie spice then stir in applesauce, sour cream, molasses and egg. Pour mixture into pie crust
4.In a separate bowl, cream 1/2 cup sugar and margarine or butter until light and fluffy then add sour milk, egg, vanilla and beat until well combined
5.In another bowl, sift together flour, baking powder, salt, and baking soda. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture, stirring until just combined. Pour batter over the custard mixture
6.Bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes, then reduce the oven temperature to 350°F and bake for additional 40 minutes
7.In a small bowl, whisk powdered sugar and coffee together until smooth then drizzle over pie
