Ingredients

2 tomatoes , sliced
4 gherkins , sliced

Instructions

1.In a wok, sauté pork over medium heat until brown. Remove from wok and set aside.

3.Add leeks and cook until soft.
4.Mix in the cooked rice, shrimp, ketjap manis or soy sauce, and celery tops. Cook until heated through.
5.Push rice mixture to the side of the wok, then scramble the eggs on the other side.
6.Mix in the scrambled eggs with the rice mixture.
7.Stir in tomatoes and gherkins until heated through.
8.Serve hot with garnish of your choice.
