1 packet active dry yeast

1/2 garlic clove , peeled

Instructions

1.In a large mixing bowl, add the flour and salt, mix them together.
2.Add warm water and yeast, and mix well to form dough. Knead for 8-10 minutes.
3.Add a little olive oil to the dough and knead for a further 2 minutes.
4.Let the dough rest for at least 1 hour or until it becomes double in size.
5.Preheat your oven to 425°F (218°C).
6.In a large mixing bowl, add plum tomatoes, tomato concentrate, garlic, oregano, and chili powder, and mix well together. Set aside.
7.Spread the pizza sauce over the pizza base.
8.Place thinly sliced onions, green pepper, and red pepper over the sauce.
9.Sprinkle shredded edam cheese over the vegetables.
10.Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the crust is golden brown.
