3 tablespoons sour cream

2/3 cup butter ( creamed )
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 tablespoon vodka
3 tablespoons cocoa

Instructions

4.Gradually mix the flour mixture into the butter mixture. Add cocoa and mix until combined.
5.Divide the dough in half and roll each half into a log. Wrap in plastic and chill for 1 hour.
6.Preheat oven to 375°F. Cut the chilled dough into 1/4 inch slices and place on parchment-lined baking sheets.
7.Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are lightly browned. Allow cookies to cool completely.
8.Spread melted chocolate on half of the cookies and sandwich with the remaining cookies.
