Ingredients

1 cup water
1/4 cup sour cream ( low-fat or full fat )
1 egg
2 lbs potatoes , peeled and quartered
1/2 lb Quark
1/4 cup butter
salt
white pepper

Instructions

1.In a large mixing bowl, mix together flour and salt.
2.Add water, sour cream, and egg to the bowl and combine until the dough forms.
