Ingredients

1 package Polish sausage ( I used turkey ) or ( 14 ounce ) package kielbasa , sliced ( I used turkey )
8 medium red potatoes , sliced
1 medium onion , diced
1/2 lb fresh green beans , broken into 1 . 5 inch pieces
1/4 cup unpacked brown sugar
1/2 cup applesauce
1 tablespoon mustard ( I used bold and spicy )
1 tablespoon cider vinegar
ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon thyme
1 tablespoon cooking oil
