Polish Tartar Sauce is a delicious sauce commonly paired with seafood dishes. Instructions

1.In a mixing bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sour cream, prepared mustard, prepared horseradish, fresh lemon juice, powdered sugar, salt, and black pepper until well-incorporated.
2.Add minced gherkins or dill pickle, chives, marinated mushrooms, and non-pareil small capers to the mixing bowl.
3.Stir all ingredients together until the tartar sauce is well-blended and consistent.
