Ingredients

2 shallots , chopped fine
2 garlic cloves , minced
2 tablespoons olive oil

1/2 cup shaved parmesan cheese
2 cups cherry tomatoes
1/4 cup minced red onion
1/4 cup fresh basil , shredded
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil

Instructions
