Ingredients

2 cans refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
1/2 cup prepared sour cream and chive dip ( I use recipe 101256 )
10 medium cherry tomatoes , sliced into 30 slices
1 medium yellow bell pepper
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Holiday Italian Herb Crescent Christmas Trees are a festive and delicious treat that are perfect for your holiday dinner party. These cute and easy-to-make appetizers resemble little Christmas trees, making them a great addition to your table decor. They are loaded with flavorful toppings such as parmesan cheese, sour cream and chive dip, Italian seasoning, cherry tomatoes, yellow bell pepper, and fresh parsley. Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
2.Unroll crescent dough and separate into 16 triangles (per can).
3.On large un-greased cookie sheet, arrange triangles in ring so short sides of triangles form a 5-inch circle in center.
4.Spoon sour cream and chive dip over dough to within 1/4 inch of edge (reserve remaining for dipping sauce).
5.Chop yellow bell pepper and sprinkle over sour cream and chive dip.
6.Top with tomato slices, and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning.
7.Bring each dough triangle up over filling, tucking dough under bottom layer of dough to secure it.
8.Repeat around ring until entire filling is enclosed.
9.Brush top of dough with a bit of egg white.
10.Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and thoroughly heated. Garnish with chopped parsley.
