2 cans garbanzo beans , rinsed & drained
1/2 cup lemon juice
2 jars roasted red peppers , drained
1/4 cup tahini
1 tablespoon minced onion
3 garlic cloves , minced
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
2 teaspoons smoked paprika
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/8 teaspoon white pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 -4 tablespoons olive oil
Roasted Red Peppers and Garbanzo Bean Spread, also known as Hummus, is a popular Middle Eastern dip that has gained worldwide popularity for its delicious and healthy flavors. Instructions

1.In a food processor, combine garbanzo beans, lemon juice, roasted red peppers, tahini, minced onion, garlic cloves, chopped parsley, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, white pepper, salt, and 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
2.Puree until smooth and creamy in texture.
3.Add additional olive oil, a tablespoon at a time, as needed to achieve desired consistency.
4.Season to taste.
5.Transfer to a serving bowl and refrigerate before serving.
