Ingredients

1 round loaf Italian bread
4 tablespoons olive oil
8 ounces italian frozen mixed vegetables ( or any mixed vegetable of your choice )
1 cup light mayonnaise
3 garlic cloves , crushed
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1 ounce fresh basil or 1 tablespoon dried basil
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 400°F.
2.Cut the top of the loaf of Italian bread to create a lid. Hollow out the center of the bread.
3.In a pan, heat up olive oil and sauté the mixed vegetables until fully cooked.
4.In a separate bowl, mix together mayonnaise, garlic cloves, oregano, fresh/dried basil, onion powder, and salt.
5.Add the cooked mixed vegetables to the mayo mixture.
6.Stuff the hollowed-out bread loaf with the mixed vegetable mixture, making sure it covers all the sides.
7.Place the lid back on top of the bread.
8.Wrap the bread loaf with aluminum foil and bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes.
9.Once the bread loaf is out of the oven, remove the foil and let it cool down for a few minutes.
10.Serve and enjoy!
