8 anchovies , chopped

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 200°C.
2.Cut the peppers in half, removing the seeds and the stalks. Arrange them in a deep baking dish.
3.Add the quartered tomatoes, sliced garlic, and chopped anchovies on top of the peppers. Sprinkle the mixture with thyme and fresh ground pepper.
4.Bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
5.Remove from oven and place the sliced goat cheese on top of the vegetables.
6.Bake for another 10 minutes, or until the goat cheese is golden brown and crispy.
