1 pizza dough , for one pizza ( store bought works great )
cornmeal
8 ounces mozzarella cheese ( optional )

Instructions

1.Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
2.In a large mixing bowl, combine the defrosted spinach, garlic, black olives, red pepper flakes, salt, and olive oil, mixing well.
3.Sprinkle some cornmeal onto a pizza stone or baking sheet, then stretch the pizza dough over it.
4.Spread the spinach mixture over the pizza dough, leaving about a half-inch border around the edges.
5.Add the mozzarella cheese on top if desired.
