Ingredients

200 ml water
3 tablespoons olive oil , plus extra for brushing
3 cups unbleached white bread flour
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
2 1/2 teaspoons easy-blend dried yeast
poppy seed , for coating ( optional )
coarse sea salt , for coating ( optional )

Instructions

1.Add water and olive oil to a bread maker.
2.Add flour on top, making sure it does not touch the liquid ingredients.
3.Add salt and yeast to the corners of the bread maker.
4.Set the bread maker to dough setting and let it run for about 1 hour and 30 minutes.
5.Preheat oven to 200°C.
6.Roll the dough out into long, thin strips.
7.Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with poppy seeds and/or coarse sea salt, if desired.
8.Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden.
