1 lb genoa salami or 1 lb hard salami
1 lb ham or 1 lb cooked prosciutto
1 lb ricotta cheese
1/2 lb mozzarella cheese
10 eggs
1/2 cup grated parmigiano
fresh ground pepper
pie crust ( store bought )

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 375°F.

7.Roll the pie crust into a 15-inch round circle. Place it into a 10-inch-round baking dish and trim the edges.
8.Pour the mixture into the pie crust-lined dish.
9.Fold the edges of the pie crust over the filling.
10.Bake the pie for 50-60 minutes or until golden brown.
