6 pork chops ( boneless is my personal preference )
1 can diced tomatoes
1 tablespoon basil
1/2 tablespoon minced garlic
1/2 tablespoon seasoning salt or 1/2 tablespoon seasoned meat tenderizer

Instructions

5.Bake for approximately 45 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the pork chops reaches 145 degrees F (63 degrees C).
