1/4 - 1/2 cup finely diced cooked meat ( optional )

Instructions

1.Preheat your oven to 350F (175C).
2.In a large bowl, whisk together eggs or egg beaters, shredded cheese, seasoned bread crumbs, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder (if using).
3.Add in the finely diced cooked meat (if using) and cooked pasta, and toss until well combined.
4.Grease your muffin tin with cooking spray.
5.Spoon the pasta mixture into each muffin cup, filling about ¾ of the way.
6.Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the tops are golden and the muffins are cooked through.
7.Allow to cool for a few minutes before removing from the muffin tin. Serve warm or at room temperature.
