2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
3 medium hot Italian sausages , about 1/2 lb . total
2 garlic cloves , minced
1 medium onion , coarsely chopped
1 green pepper , seeded and coarsely chopped
1 red pepper , seeded and coarsely chopped
2 plum tomatoes , seeded and coarsely chopped
1 cup frozen peas
2 cups uncooked long-grain white rice
2 tablespoons parsley , chopped ( optional )

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
