1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 onion , minced
1 can tomato paste
3 tablespoons water
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt

2 tablespoons cider vinegar

4 beer bratwursts

Instructions

2.Add tomato paste, 3 tablespoons water, brown sugar, salt, cumin, dry mustard, cinnamon, cloves, and cider vinegar. Simmer and stir for about 10 minutes. Set aside.
3.In another saucepan, heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil over medium heat. Add curry powder and sweet Hungarian paprika. Cook for 30 seconds. Add ketchup, 1 cup of water, and the sauce previously set aside. Stir well.
4.Saute or grill bratwursts until cooked. Cut them into bite-sized pieces. Add the cooked bratwursts to the ketchup mixture and simmer for around 10 minutes, until the sauce thickens.
