1/2 green pepper , chopped
28 ounces tomato sauce
6 ounces tomato paste
1/2 cup water or 1/2 cup mushroom juice
1 1/2 teaspoons minced parsley
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons oregano
1 bay leaf
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon Tabasco sauce ( or more , to suit ) ( optional )

Instructions

5.Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 30-45 minutes, stirring occasionally.
