Ingredients

1 - 1 1/2 lb venison steak , boneless ( I use 6 butterfly steaks )
1 cup fresh breadcrumb
3 tablespoons parmesan cheese , grated
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1/2 teaspoon italian seasoning
1 large egg
salt and pepper
2 tablespoons butter
1 cup spaghetti sauce
1 cup mozzarella cheese , shredded

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
2.Mix together bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic salt, and Italian seasoning.
3.In a separate bowl, beat the egg and add salt and pepper.
4.Dip venison steaks into egg mixture, then in the bread crumb mixture, making sure they are evenly coated.
5.Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the coated steaks to the skillet and cook until brown on all sides.
6.Spread a spoonful of spaghetti sauce over each steak and sprinkle with shredded mozzarella cheese.
7.Put the skillet into the preheated oven and bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly. Serve hot.
