1/4 cup frozen corn ( I use organic frozen corn from TJ 's )
1/4 cup frozen bell peppers ( red , green , and yellow ... from TJ 's again )
1 -2 cup shredded colby-monterey jack cheese ( use what you have or what you prefer . )

Instructions
