Ingredients

4 Italian sausages
1 lb fresh white button mushrooms , sliced
1 cup frozen peas
2 boxes lasagna noodles
6 hard-boiled eggs , sliced into discs
1 raw egg

1 container ricotta cheese
1 lb mozzarella cheese , shredded
1 cup parmesan cheese , cheese grated

Instructions

1.In a large pot, cook the Italian sausage over medium heat until browned.

3.Add in the meat sauce and meatballs, stirring well to combine.
4.Cook the lasagna noodles according to the package directions, then drain them and rinse under cold water.
5.Combine the ricotta cheese, raw egg, and parmesan cheese in a bowl, mixing well.
6.Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
