1 tablespoon butter
7 thick-cut pork chops

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2.Whisk eggs and milk together in a shallow bowl.
3.In another shallow bowl, combine breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper, parsley, and Italian seasoning.
4.Heat oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
5.Lightly season pork chops with seasoning salt and dip each one in the egg mixture, then coat with breadcrumb mixture.
