Ingredients

4 boneless chicken breasts , cut into bite size pieces or 1 1/2 lbs hamburger meat
1 package lasagna noodles , no boil
1 package fresh mushrooms , sliced
1 onion , minced
2 garlic cloves , minced
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon flour
1 jar ragu low-fat alfredo sauce
1/2 cup buffalo , sauce ( to taste )
1 carton cottage cheese , lowfat
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1 package mozzarella cheese , shredded
1 egg , slightly beaten
1/2 teaspoon italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
Mika's Buffalo Alfredo Lasagna is a twist on the classic Italian dish. This recipe still provides the traditional components of lasagna, including a meat sauce and layers of cheese, except it features spicy buffalo sauce and a delicious non-traditional alfredo sauce. Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 350°F.
2.In a large skillet, cook chicken breasts or hamburger meat, mushrooms, onion, and garlic in olive oil until meat is browned through and veggies are tender. Drain excess grease.
3.Add in flour and stir until well combined.
4.Stir in the jar of alfredo sauce and buffalo sauce until heated through.
5.In a mixing bowl, combine cottage cheese, parmesan cheese, shredded mozzarella, egg, Italian seasoning, and dried parsley.
6.In a 9x13 inch baking dish, spread a thin layer of the meat sauce on the bottom.
7.Place a layer of noodles over the sauce.
8.Spread half of the cheese mixture over the noodles.
9.Repeat layers, meat sauce, noodles then cheese mixture.
10.Finish the top with meat sauce.
11.Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
12.Remove foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
