6 caperberries , stem removed , thinly sliced
1 lemon , juice of
1/4 teaspoon red chili pepper flakes
2 tablespoons black olive pesto sauce ( Black Olive Pesto )
4 ciabatta rolls
1 cup oven roasted tomatoes ( Oven-Roasted Tomatoes )
2 cups baby arugula , roughly chopped
extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2.In a small bowl, mix together the Italian tuna, caperberries, lemon juice, and red chili pepper flakes.
3.Cut the ciabatta rolls in half horizontally and spread the black olive pesto sauce on one side of each roll.
4.Top the pesto with oven-roasted tomatoes and the tuna mixture.
5.Add the chopped arugula on top of the tuna mixture.
6.Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil.
7.Place the top half of the ciabatta roll over the ingredients and press down gently.
8.Wrap the panini in aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes.
9.Remove the panini from the oven, unwrap from the aluminum foil, and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
