8 garlic cloves , minced
1/4 cup fresh parsley , minced
1 bay leaf
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
2 cans Italian stewed tomatoes
1 can tomato paste ( 2 cups dry red wine )
water , to cover
salt and pepper

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 300 degrees Fahrenheit.
