Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 425°F. Roll out dough to roughly 1/4 inch thickness on a well-floured surface.
2.Cut dough into four equal pieces, then place 1/4 cup of tomato sauce and 1/4 portion of toppings (green peppers, black olives, chopped artichoke hearts, and tempeh) on one half of each piece of dough. Leave about a 1/2 inch border along the edges.
3.Fold the top of the dough over the toppings and press the edges to seal the panzarotti.
4.Place the panzarotti on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
5.Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
