Ingredients

4 skinless swordfish steaks , 1/2 inch thick
6 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 cup fresh breadcrumb
2 tablespoons capers , rinsed , drained , and chopped
1 large garlic clove , minced
10 fresh basil leaves , chopped
4 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
salt & pepper
2 tablespoons olive oil

1 lb tomatoes , peeled and chopped ( or 14.5 oz can )
1/2 cup dry white wine
2 tablespoons fresh oregano
salt and pepper , to taste
Italian Stuffed Swordfish Rolls are a delicious way to enjoy swordfish. Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
2.In a bowl, mix bread crumbs, capers, garlic, basil, lemon juice, and salt & pepper.
3.Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sauté onion and garlic until soft.
4.Add tomatoes, wine, oregano, and salt & pepper and simmer for 5-7 minutes until the sauce thickens.
5.Place each swordfish steak on a sheet of aluminum foil, spoon some tomato sauce on top and roll it up. Secure each roll with toothpicks.
6.Brush the rolls with olive oil and bake for 10-15 minutes until the fish is cooked to your preference. Serve hot and enjoy!
